Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across service and projects
- Leading a strong field and office team with a focus on performance and culture
- Driving job profitability through smart planning and delivery
- Supporting sales efforts and building client relationships
- Systemising processes and freeing up the Director for strategic work
- Becoming the operational backbone of the business
Who It Suits
This role is ideal for someone with:
- Up to 20 years experience in HVAC, ideally from a hands-on trade background (refrigeration, mechanical plumbing, or electrical)
- Proven leadership capability in a delivery or operations role from a Commercial AC background
- Strong commercial acumen - you understand margins, clients, and quoting
- A calm, clear communication style and strong people skills
- Someone who's ready to partner with a business owner, not just "manage"
