We are now looking for a motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our small, friendly team and make a real impact in growing the business.
About the Role:
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Coordinate and support promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
Maintain and update website and social media accounts.
Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and report insights.
Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, social media content).
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain inventory of marketing materials and assist with budgeting and invoice processing.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in a marketing or social media role within a similar industry.
Understanding of standard social media and SEO principles.
Experience with WordPress website management.
Proficiency with HIKE, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar programs is highly regarded.
Strong professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Above-average Excel skills and Office 365 experience, including Teams.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
