About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Group Operations & IT, the Business Systems Analyst will design, build, and implement innovative solutions that enhance Davidson’s operational performance. You will work closely with the Business Solutions Manager and team to turn business needs into practical, scalable systems, processes, and tools that support service delivery and business growth.
The year ahead brings a diverse and high-impact project portfolio: uplifting our project management tooling, delivering a marketing automation solution, enhancing candidate experience and sourcing in our Search & Recruitment division, and leading various business advisory initiatives. Alongside these, you will play a key role in BAU system improvements, ensuring that technology and processes consistently drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess challenges, and design high-performing solutions.
* Lead and support projects such as project management tooling upgrades, marketing automation deployment, and candidate experience optimisation.
* Configure, integrate, and enhance systems such as Salesforce and related applications.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver solutions from concept through to implementation.
* Ensure robust data quality, governance, and user adoption across platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organisational strategy and operational goals.
* Produce clear technical and user documentation, and deliver engaging training to enable successful adoption.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in analysing business requirements and designing and implementing business systems solutions, ideally with Salesforce and related technologies.
* Track record of delivering both strategic projects and BAU enhancements.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, project management tools, or recruitment technology will be highly regarded.
* A collaborative, adaptable, and values-driven approach, aligned to Davidson’s culture.
