Job Overview
The Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive nationwide support to the Facilities Management team, ensuring seamless reporting and administrative requirements are met while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
This position involves delivering essential customer service and administrative support within the FM team, with a strong understanding of contractual obligations and compliance with international quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
We uphold rigorous standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) to ensure excellence, safety, and environmental responsibility.
This role is integral to sustaining consistent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Daily Responsibilities
* Manage accurate and timely contract data collection and reporting to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Produce reports for both customers and leadership teams, highlighting trends and compliance outcomes.
* Report on workplace health and safety matters and support a safe work environment across FM contracts.
* Coordinate job completion and invoicing processes to ensure efficient billing cycles.
* Support tender preparation and contribute to business development activities.
* Manage customer complaints with professionalism and clear documentation of actions taken.
* Promote an inclusive culture and enhance employer reputation for individuals with disabilities.
* Champion positive team engagement aligned with organisational values.
Key Requirements

* Experience drafting professional business documentation.
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations including booster shots.
* Familiarity with Urbanise FM software (field services module).
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Contract and tender costing experience.
* Prior project management exposure is advantageous.
