Patient Service Officer - Data Entry Clerk
- Full time position - Monday to Friday

About the role
Main Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely data entry of high volume patient data using iPM software
- Uploading of patient information from our eAdmission portal
- Liaising with specialist rooms
- Troubleshoot patient queries
About you
**To excel in this role, you must have**:
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Exceptional time management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Previous administrative experience working in a health care setting
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
