The dealership offers security of tenure, a major volume selling franchise, an excellent income stream and a friendly environment. The town offers all modern medical, educational, sporting, recreational and shopping facilities. There are no traffic snarls nor long commuting requirements. The dealership trades Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings only. Closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays plus 1 RDO per month makes for a good work / life balance. Applicants for this role must have solid current or recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant. You will be reliable, have strong people handling, sales, management and closing skills, plus have the drive and energy to motivate your staff to realise their potential. Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer of $75k, super, car and commission structure. On Target Earnings are expected to be around $150k.
