With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders and wear the pink shirt.**About the role:**We are seeking a Permanent Full-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team.Working alongside a full-time Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.**Responsibilities:*** Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department -for the portfolio you are assisting* Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager* Processing tenancy applications* Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication* Assist with rent arrears* Assisting with the coordination of maintenance* Property Management administration* Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections**About you:*** Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary* High attention to detail* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Good at multi-tasking and time management* High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team* The desire to grow within a company for the long term**About Elders:**As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
