Company car provided (take-home) with dedicated onsite parking Company laptop + mobile phone supplied Virtual Assistant admin support provided Up to $80K + Super depending on experience Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities Friendly, supportive team culture with strong retention and growth focus The Role: End-to-end management of a clean residential portfolio (~110 properties) Lease management, renewals and tenant relations Property inspections, maintenance coordination and contractor liaison Maximise rental income, occupancy and portfolio performance Prepare reports, handle enquiries and maintain compliance with QLD legislation Work closely VA for admin support Use Propertyme Microsoft Office Suite What We are looking for: Current QLD Registration Certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate Practice minimum) Proven experience in residential property management (end-to-end) Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure Excellent written + verbal communication and customer service skills Comfortable with PropertyMe and MS Office; tech-savvy and process-oriented Solution-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team Apply Now – Interviews are happening immediately!
