The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with employers, promoting job seekers, and placing participants into sustainable employment. This requires strong sales, business development, and account management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Business Development Manager will travel to meet with employers, develop and maintain networks, collaborate with Employment Consultants, and negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.
