We're seeking a reliable, safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join a well-established civil maintenance team in the Shoalhaven region. This full-time position offers consistent weekday hours and the stability of local work — home every night.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate HR trucks to transport, deliver, and remove materials for civil projects
* Support roadworks, drainage, and general maintenance activities as required
* Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure compliance with all safety standards
* Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines and deliver quality outcomes
* Maintain vehicle condition and report any issues promptly
Requirements
* Proven experience operating HR trucks within civil or construction environments
* Current White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong understanding of safe loading/unloading and traffic management practices
* Reliable, team-oriented, and effective communicator
