We are seeking an exceptional HR Systems Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across ANZ.
This pivotal role will ensure seamless integration with our existing time and attendance systems, aligning payroll operations within our broader HRIS ecosystem.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver a smooth, compliant, and future-ready solution.
This is a part-time Fixed Term Contract for 7 months, ideally based in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of the ECP implementation, from planning to go-live and post-launch review.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* System Integration: Oversee the integration of payroll with time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative and internal payroll requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
* Testing & Documentation: Lead parallel testing, UAT, and data migration while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
* Post-Implementation Support: Coordinate go-live support, conduct lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience leading HRIS or payroll system implementations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance in Australia and New Zealand.
* Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate complex payroll processes into system requirements.
* A collaborative mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Experience working with external vendors and system implementation partners.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, plus adaptability to thrive through change.
