Job Description
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing a defined territory within the Independent Retail Group channel. The focus will be on servicing and growing existing customer accounts.
This role involves building trusted partnerships, maximising sales opportunities, and delivering mutually beneficial commercial outcomes through the promotion of our full product portfolio.
* Deliver target margin and product mix results.
* Deepen relationships with existing customers through tailored presentations and hosted tastings.
* Analyse sales and customer data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth.
* Execute activation plans to drive commercial outcomes.
* Translate territory goals into practical operational plans and monitor progress.
* Plan and schedule activities to meet channel requirements and respond flexibly to customer needs.
About You
You will bring experience from the wine, hospitality, or retail liquor industry. A solid foundation in customer relationship management, territory management, and commercial decision-making is required.
