About this role:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Call Centre Coordinator to provide excellent service to staff and clients. The successful applicant will operate switchboard equipment, respond to incoming calls, and perform general administrative duties.

* Key responsibilities include:

o Efficiently operating switchboard equipment by responding professionally to all incoming calls
o Transferring or redirecting callers correctly and in a timely manner
o Performing general administrative duties to contribute to daily operations
o Communicating with departments to maintain accurate records
o Providing support for pager unit allocation and fault repair
