The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our Mount Lawley clinic. You'll lead day-to-day practice operations, support clinicians, and ensure a welcoming, efficient client experience. Key Responsibilities
Drive an exceptional front-of-house experience for clients and referrers.
Oversee diaries, clinic flow and room utilisation; optimise clinician schedules.
Manage billing, receipting and Medicare workflows; reconcile and resolve variances.
Coordinate referrals, triage enquiries and maintain timely communication.
Lead, coach and roster the admin team; support performance, training and onboarding.
Partner with Clinical Directors and Operations on service delivery and continuous improvement.
Maintain privacy, risk, and compliance standards (incl. WHS and confidentiality).
Produce basic operational and financial reports; support month-end processes.
About You
2+ years' administration experience in medical or allied health (mental health highly regarded).
Leadership: 2+ years' team lead/mentoring within admin/front-of-house.
Working knowledge of Medicare billing and practice software (CorePlus desirable).
Commercial acumen across scheduling, revenue integrity and cost awareness.
Calm, organised and solutions-focused; strong stakeholder and communication skills.
Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain) and satisfactory criminal history check.
