About the role
Club Tweed' is seeking a talented Butcher to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a Butcher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality restaurant quality meat products supplying our in-house food outlets and functions. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.
What you'll be doing
* Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats
* Ensuring all meat products meet food safety and quality standards
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Assisting with inventory, stock control and ordering
* Collaborating with the wider kitchen and hospitality team to support club operations
What we're looking for
* Relevant trade qualification or extensive experience as a Butcher or a qualified Chef with butchering skills
* Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and butchery techniques
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of our casual operation
