Reporting to the General Manager of Royal Darwin Hospital Top End Regional Health Service, the position ensures the delivery of safe multidisciplinary patient‐centred health care at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Regional Hospitals by leading improvement initiatives and clinical governance processes across the two hospitals, and supports the strategic development of a high‐performing academic institution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure delivery of safe, multidisciplinary, patient‐centred health care.
* Lead improvement initiatives across both hospitals.
* Oversee clinical governance processes.
* Support strategic development of a high‐performing academic institution.
