In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of education programs for nurses working in the Urgent Care Centre, Geroe Ward, Connolly Rehabilitation Ward, Residential Aged Care, At Home Services, and Theatre. Working closely with managers and clinical teams, you will identify workforce learning needs and deliver education that supports professional development and the provision of safe, high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with colleagues across Learning and Development, interprofessional partners, and external education providers to share knowledge, strengthen workforce capability, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation. This position is based at the Castlemaine Campus, with occasional travel to Maldon Hospital required.
