Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gold Coast for a Sales and Service Representative. The role includes assisting customers with financing needs, providing excellent service, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales transactions effectively. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, explaining finance products, processing applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
* Sales experience, including an understanding of sales strategies and meeting performance metrics.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and secure successful outcomes.
* Proficiency in financial services, understanding of finance products, and familiarity with technology such as fintech tools and CRM software.
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
* Previous experience in a finance, customer support, or sales environment is advantageous.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or qualifications in finance or sales are a plus.
