Job Title: Digital Campaign Leader
* Analyze business objectives to develop and execute comprehensive digital campaign strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with a cross-functional team comprising content creators, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to conceptualize and implement successful campaigns.
* Lead Agile project management methodologies including daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospective meetings.
* Estimate, prioritize, and manage tasks for the team ensuring timely completion and meeting stakeholder expectations.
* Maintain effective stakeholder communication, coordinate feedback and approvals, and proactively address any arising issues or risks.
* Monitor team performance metrics at regular intervals and ensure transparent progress visibility.
* Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 4 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in online digital or digital marketing.
* Digital marketing related certifications.
* Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Marketing suite platforms.
* Holding a Certified Scrum Master certification.
