Job Overview


This role serves as a pivotal leader overseeing the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning department. The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation functions, refreshing strategies to ensure optimal performance, introducing learning initiatives, shaping operating models, managing high-performing teams, and fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Chief Executive Officer of Monitoring and Evaluation is accountable for:

* Developing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Leading a team of MEL professionals to design and deliver impactful monitoring and evaluation programs.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate MEL activities seamlessly into business operations.
* Engaging with external stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and leverage best practices in MEL.

* Proven experience in leading MEL teams and developing strategic plans.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
