Imagine yourself in our team Our inbound phone-based contact centre operates 365 days a year. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. In this role, you'll drive sales by understanding our members’ needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services. Hours and Learning To be considered for this role you need to have the following availability: Start date - Monday the 2nd of March 2026 - week rotational shift roster - includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts designated between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm. Available to work - from RACV Gelong Regional Hub, 81 Malop Street, Geelong VIC 3220. Learning Program - availability between 9.00am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. We will set you up for success with a comprehensive 3-month learning program. Dedicated Support Model during Learning - Throughout your learning journey, you'll gain valuable skills in systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge. With a dedicated support team by your side, you'll have everything you need to master our products and services with confidence.
