We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the food production process for residents in our catering service. As an Aged Care Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in all aspects of food preparation and presentation

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience
