All Temp Chefs must hold:
Their own fully equipped and up-to-date tool kit including a complete set of knives
* Food Safety Supervisors Certificate or Food Safety Hygiene Certificate
* Relevant qualifications
* Police Check or be willing to obtain one
* CLEAN White long-sleeve Chef Jacket (no missing buttons)
* Chef Pants
* Apron (and spares)
* Safety Shoes or Boots non-slip with reinforced toe (Runners NOT acceptable)
* Skull Cap or Chef Hat
* Police Check or WWVP or be prepared to obtain one.
All Temp Chefs must have the following:
* A great attitude
* Exceptional cooking skills
* Passion for good food, quality and presentation
* Reliability
* Be available at short notice
* Team player
* Patience and ability to work within fast-paced kitchens
