We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Leading Hand / Foreman to join our growing team.
This role suits someone who is self-motivated, organised, and confident running jobs and leading a team of plumbers.
In this role, you'll be trusted to run plumbing works across high-rise, multi-residential and commercial projects, leading a team of plumbers while working closely with builders and project managers to deliver quality outcomes. We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and confident reading plans and coordinating a team of plumbers to get the job done safely and efficiently.
The Role
• Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on site
• Read and interpret hydraulic/construction plans
• Coordinate daily site works and keep projects moving
• Liaise with builders and project managers
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
About You
• Qualified Plumber
• Strong experience reading and working from plans
• Must hold Australian Drivers License
• Leadership experience on construction sites
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage a team
