Learning Development Expert
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development expert to oversee the design, coordination, and evaluation of training programs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis and document findings
2. Establish and maintain robust training records and compliance tracking systems
3. Design and deliver high-quality induction and job readiness programs for staff
4. Develop and maintain up-to-date resources for managers and contractors
5. Implement regular compliance and training checks
6. Establish and report on training metrics and strategic review dashboards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including relationships with regulatory bodies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office
