2. Exhibit the capacity to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to individuals or groups under the supervision (direct or indirect) of the Registered Nurse (RN).
3. Administer medications in adherence to state laws and organisational policies if endorsed as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OR WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE:
To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications or be open to obtaining them:
1. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Verification of a Working with Children check.
3. Holding an Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications.
4. Demonstrating an advanced level of clinical skills (preferred).
5. Adherence to the Australian Commission on Quality and Safety in Health Care (ACQSHC) National standards.
6. Display of effective time management and organisational skills, meeting defined objectives and timelines.
7. Must be available to work Mon, Wed and Fri.
8. Willing to travel to Wallan, Vic.
