About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a
Senior Associate Family Lawyer
with at least four years of post-admission experience to take the next step in their career.
Joining our client's
Gold Coast
team, you will play a pivotal role in both legal practice and firm development.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce and separation
Property settlements and financial agreements
Parenting disputes and child support matters
De facto and same-sex relationship matters
Relocation and intervention orders
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and referral networks
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth
Playing a key role in business development and firm expansion
Working closely with firm leadership to establish a clear pathway to partnership
Key Requirements
Admitted to practice in Australia with
at least four years of post-admission experience
in family law (private practice)
Strong technical expertise in family law with the ability to manage complex cases independently
A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to client and case management
Proven experience in business development and networking to build referral pathways
Ability to mentor and lead junior lawyers while fostering a collaborative work environment
A long-term commitment to career progression with ambitions for partnership
