About the Role
As a key leader in our agricultural rental and procurement business, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and sales efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of input procurement, sales coordination, and inventory management.
* Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations and administration for a high-performing agricultural rental unit
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors and customers
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you have:
* Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming
* Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices
* Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customers
