The Opportunity
Escape the everyday with our luxury accommodation, The Sanctuary. Nestled on the hilltop with sweeping views across the Peninsula to the bay, sit five standalone villas, all exquisitely appointed providing every creature comfort along with the simple serenity sought by spa guests.
The Concierge is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for The Sanctuary guests.
What you'll be doing
* Be the welcoming face of The Sanctuary, delivering a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out, including room bookings and VIP arrivals.
* Work closely with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other teams to coordinate guest movements and respond to special requests.
* Safely transport guests using the Alba vehicle, ensuring a warm, professional and comfortable journey.
* Manage guest accounts with care, ensuring all charges are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
* Assist with the turn-down service and light housekeeping duties, including supporting fire management procedures.
We are recruiting for two Full-time positions. One role works Tuesday to Saturday and the other Sunday to Thursday, with hours worked across a rotating roster that includes evening shifts.
About You
* You have previous experience in a Concierge, Guest Services or Front-of-House role within a luxury hospitality environment (preferred).
* You are guest-centric with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.
* You are reliable, responsible and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
* You are proficient in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software.
* You hold a current full driver's license and valid Australian working rights.
