**About the Role**
The Healius service desk team comprises a dedicated group of technical analysts located at key locations throughout Australia. They focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high satisfaction, all while enhancing their technical expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues assigned to them.
- Research solutions using available information resources.
- Advise the user on appropriate action; sometimes, the user's education is required.
- Log all service desk interactions and document issue resolution using the ITSM system
- Identify and effectively prioritise situations requiring urgent attention and coordinate with relevant resolver teams.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
- Creation of AD accounts and mailboxes
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the IT Operations, including sharing of knowledge and information, documenting processes and procedures
**About You**
- Microsoft 365 admin experience
- IT degree (requirement)
- Previous experience 6-12months on a service desk (advantage)
- Windows 10/11 experience
- Extensive knowledge of Apple iPhone/iPad/MAC
- Communication skills & empathy
- Ability to learn quickly
- Troubleshooting/problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
