We are seeking a creative and skilled marketing professional to join our team. As a Marketing & Communications Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our region as a tourism destination and driving ticket sales and brand engagement for The Q – Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre.

* Develop and deliver content across paid, owned, and earned marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
* Work with our marketing agency to design, optimize, and evaluate Meta and Google campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Craft compelling marketing messages that capture the attention of our target audience and drive conversion.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience in applying marketing skills to grow audience and conversion.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
