We are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage and grow our SA, VIC, TAS territory
About the Role
Norm Engineering is a proud Australian manufacturer of premium earthmoving attachments, operating through a strong, dealer focused business model.
This role is responsible for strengthening existing dealer relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities across the territories.
You will work across both internal and external environments, spending time in the Carrum Downs branch supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating closely with different departments i.e Branch Manager, Spare Parts, Finance, Fabrication, as well as travelling regularly to visit dealers.
On the road, you will gain genuine, boots on the-ground insight into the dealerships, understanding their operations, opportunities, challenges, attachment requirements, and evolving market trends. Above all, you will be a trusted and familiar representative of Norm Engineering in the field and grow sales off the back of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities
* Driving structured, disciplined sales processes across the southern territories
* Managing and contributing to proposals and pricing discussions
* Monitoring and analysing market trends, identifying risks and opportunities
* Building, maintaining and growing long-term client and dealer relationships
* Working cross-functionally to coordinate outcomes and resolve challenges
* Understand and quickly gain extensive product knowledge on the full attachment range
* Regularly visit dealerships and key customers
* Maintain and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships and alleviating customer concerns through regular, meaningful engagement
* Develop new business through regular visits and follow ups
* Work towards agreed sales targets and performance objectives
* Deliver timely, problem/solution-oriented quotations with regular follow-up to support decision making
* Submit timely trip, sales and expense reports
* Taking an active role in supporting day-to-day branch activities when required
* Adhere to head office policies, procedures and professional standards
About You
* Proven experience delivering sales solutions within construction, agriculture, earthmoving or engineering
* Comfortable operating both in the field and within a branch environment
* Willingness to work flexibly and travel 1–2 weeks per month, including interstate
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to confidently use CRM systems & Microsoft office suite
* A growth mindset with skillsets to take on broader responsibility as the business evolves
