**Position**
Helix International has an immediate job opening for an enthusiastic executive assistant for the CEO of many companies internationally (US based). The international organization is an environment where you can learn new things have the opportunity to travel and a place where you can be part of a tight knit family.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Travel with CEO domestically (US) and internationally
- Able to work while traveling (in a car or other vehicle without motion sickness)
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
- Attend networking events - planning events, etc
- Develop Statements of Work for new business opportunities
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
**Required Qualifications**:
- Multi-tasking
- Self-motivated/take initiative
- Organized
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- In-person Social Networking experience: Planning events, small gatherings/ intimate events, and travel.
- Driver's license
- Work EST hours (will move to the US to work in Grand Rapids, Michigan) [Relocation assistance will be provided]
- US visa (visitor/work/GC) if you are not under US Visa Waiver Program.
**Good to Have**
- Prior exposure to IT or technology related services is an added advantage.
