We have an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Built Form Development team based in **Melbourne**.
As part of the development team, you will support the team that are responsible for ensuring projects are scoped, designed and delivered in accordance with the Stockland framework, the agreed vision and profitability levels.

As an Assistant Development Manager you will have a diverse range of responsibilities supporting an experiences team including:
- **Project Scoping and Delivery**: Assist the Profit Centre Manager in ensuring projects are scoped, designed, and delivered in line with business strategy, vision, and target profitability levels.
- **Support Project Objectives**: Help ensure that schedule, revenue, and cost objectives are met, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Drive sales and marketing activities to achieve business plan objectives, ensuring our projects reach their full potential.
- **Design Development**: Manage design development and review processes, ensuring compliance with relevant design standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Financial Management**: Control and monitor development budgets and financial reporting, ensuring projects stay on track financially.
- **Site Monitoring**: Oversee progress on site, participate in site meetings, and monitor actions to ensure timely project completion.
- **Procurement and Payments**: Manage the procurement and payment processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep an eye on market and competitor activity to maintain our competitive edge.

**About You**
We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for development and a hunger for projects, variety and commerciality. Ideally you will have some direct development experience and be able to show commercial acumen.
