We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Westminster Village in Grange in casual roles. If you're passionate about person‐centred care and want to make a meaningful difference, this could be the perfect fit.
Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be a key support in delivering high‐quality clinical care. You'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and guide Personal Care Attendants to ensure every resident's health, comfort, and dignity remain top priority.
What You'll Be Doing
* Resident Care
o Monitor and respond to residents' health needs
o Administer medications and treatments
o Support daily living activities with compassion and respect
* Relationship Building
o Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents
o Communicate with families and external services
o Lead and support Personal Care Attendants to maintain exceptional care standards
* Administration & Growth
o Keep accurate clinical documentation in Leecare
o Follow policies, procedures, and incident reporting guidelines
o Maintain your skills through ongoing training and professional development
What You Bring
* Qualifications: Diploma of Nursing, AHPRA registration as an EN, and DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Experience: Minimum 12 months as an Enrolled Nurse, Aged Care experience and Leecare knowledge are big pluses
* Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of Aged Care Standards, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent care
