Job Description
* Own and maintain the master contract register for all Technology-related agreements, including system integrators, software vendors across IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
* Interpret and provide guidance on contract terms, obligations, and risk exposures across the Technology portfolio.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align contract strategies.
* Provide commercial advice to Technology leadership and PMO on proposed scope or delivery changes
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and supplier agreements.
* Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Monitor contract performance and ensure service level agreements are met.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual agreements.
* Provide advice and guidance on contract-related matters to internal teams.
* Contribute to the improvement of procurement and supply chain processes within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
* Significant experience in contract or commercial management within large IT or Technology transformation Programs.
* Proven experience managing complex system integrator and multi-vendor delivery models.
* Strong understanding of milestone-based SOWs, change control, and commercial governance.
* Ability to interpret and apply complex contractual terms in practical delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* High attention to detail with strong financial and analytical capability.
* Experience working in large organisations.
* Familiarity with enterprise contract management systems and Technology commercial models.
