Harvey Norman Auburn is seeking a motivated and detail‐orientated Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team and help us deliver Great Service, Always!
What You'll Be Doing
As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accounts payable and reconciliations
* Banking
* Filing and other general administrative tasks
* Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence
What We're Looking For
* A passion for administrative work and retail
* Strong communications skills - both verbal and written
* High motivation and results-driven mindset
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
