About the Role:
* Position Type: Full-Time, Part-time or Casual (1–4 days per week)
* Availability Required: Weekdays only (No Weekends or Public Holidays)
* Location: Long Beach Medical Centre & Newdegate Street Health Centre
* Start Date: Immediate start available
What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience in medical reception or administration (highly regarded)
* Familiarity with Best Practice software (preferred; training available)
* Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* A warm, professional manner when dealing with patients and colleagues
* Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
* Current vaccination and immunisation status
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome patients and respond to phone and in-person enquiries
* Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
* Accurately enter and update patient information
* Process billing and allocate payments
* Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams
