Department Managers are responsible for end-to-end leadership of their department, fostering a connected, flexible, and high-performing team committed to serving our customers and communities.
As a leader who cares, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the department while working closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a great place to work for our team.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, your customer service, communication, and planning skills will help you roster your team effectively, reduce queue wait times, improve the customer pickup experience, manage tobacco inventory, and ensure legal compliance.
