Elderbloom Community Care Centres – Wanneroo WA
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our maintenance team in Wanneroo.
This full-time role will be responsible for managing facility maintenance on Elderbloom premises in a safe manor, working collaboratively with the Residential Care Managers, Maintenance Supervisor and the maintenance team.
Elderboom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

Responsibilities
Respect residents' rights, dignity, privacy, and safety.
Complete scheduled/reactive maintenance; record tasks.
Use correct tools, chemicals, PPE; report issues promptly.
Be a committed, collaborative team member.
Deliver high-quality service; comply with WHS & policies.
Encourage/document hazards, incidents, suggestions.
Comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational polices and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience working as a maintenance officer in a customer service environment.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Maintenance experience in aged care or health services environment (desirable).
Proof of current flu vaccination status.
Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clearance check.
Right to work in Australia.
