Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.The Home and Location:Fernhill is a large 164 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Caboolture close to public transport and shopping precinct.The RoleAs a Personal Care Worker, you will provide assistance to our residents ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
