We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member with an extensive background in specialty coffee to join our service team.
While this is an all-rounder role where you will be expected to assist in all areas of the bakery, we are specifically looking for a candidate who is highly proficient behind the machine and capable of maintaining quality coffee during busy periods.
Brand new bakery OPENING FEBRUARY 2026 in Calderwood, NSW.
Skills & Experience Required
* Extensive Coffee Expertise: Proven high-level Barista skills with significant experience in a high-volume environment. You must be confident in grind adjustment, manual milk texturing, and maintaining speed.
* Availability: Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (including early morning starts).
* All-Rounder Mentality: Minimum 1-2 years' experience within a café or bakery. You are expected to jump into all areas of the business—from processing sales and packing bread to general cleaning and restocking.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional manner with customers.
* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on the presentation of both the coffee and the retail area.
The Role
The Front of House All-Rounder is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and handling food and beverage preparation. You will be an integral part of the service team, ensuring the cleanliness of the shop and high-quality product delivery across the board. This role is crucial to creating a positive and efficient experience for all our takeaway customers.
