About the Opportunity
The Senior Receptionist will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional phone and face-to-face reception services. Key responsibilities include:
* Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner;
* Manage bookings, create purchase orders, and prepare invoices efficiently;
* Provide accurate information and manage queries from various stakeholders;
* Coordinate facilities and ensure a smooth operation of the office;

Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Certificate IV in Business/Administration Studies or equivalent experience;
* The ability to understand services provided and accurately refer calls and visitors;
* Excellent people skills, with a commitment to quality internal customer service and a flexible, helpful, and hardworking disposition;
* Experience managing staff, including recruitment, induction, supervision, training, and development;
* Demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively in a multi-cultural environment, ensuring respectful communication and interactions with people from diverse backgrounds;
