We are seeking an experienced and organised Administration Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our administration team. In this key role, you will oversee administrative functions, manage office procedures, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure the seamless execution of our core office functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting team efficiency, and providing high-level administrative support to management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of administration management experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the administration team
* Manage and mentor administration staff, ensuring effective coordination across administration teams
* Collaborate closely with department heads to streamline processes and ensure alignment
* Support HR activities including onboarding, and staff performance
* Manage office procedures
* Coordinate staffing schedules, including day, afternoon, and night shifts
Requirements:
* Understanding the key business processes in a transport and warehousing environment
* Sound knowledge of administration and the key processes associated with the transport and/or warehousing sector
* A high level of behavioural flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a solid grounding in data processing and data preparation
* ERP system experience is required for data processing and preparation responsibilities
* The ability to lead a large team
* Experience leading a team of 10-15 is essential for this large team leadership role
* Strong ERP knowledge and experience with the ability to work with external ERP service providers and consultants
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have your own transport
* Willing to undertake flexible working hours if required
* Full Australian work rights required
