We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to fill a permanent full-time position in Geelong. Focused on promoting health and wellbeing by facilitating participation in everyday activities, you will work with various clients within the community. Supporting patients to achieve their goals and live their best lives, you will provide services across multiple packages and programs:
* Home Care Package clients: enabling independence at home through assessments, equipment prescriptions, and modifications.
* Rehabilitation in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery recovery.
* Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries.
About this role
Apart from having 1 year's experience in a community or aged care setting, ideally AHPRA registered or Limited Registered (remote level), you should be comfortable travelling across the region and provide your own vehicle.
