Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integration architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and design patterns
* Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices
* Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices
* Participate in the selection of integration tools and platforms
* Collaborate with clients to identify integration requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team
* Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security and compliance standards
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration of systems and applications
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation
* Experience working with multiple integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, ETL, ESB, and APIs
* Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, OIC, and MFT
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
