About the Role
We're seeking a proactive Fleet Supervisor - Support to join our Burnie team. Supporting our road, rail and shipping operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our transport network running safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance and customer expectations.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety — from supporting supervisors and monitoring fleet activity to assisting with admin tasks, safety processes, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Transport & Logistics Supervisors with daily operational tasks
• Manage overflow fleet calls and assist with coordination activities
• Enter data and maintain records across CBS, Tollworks, and Oracle systems
• Monitor driver timesheets to support fatigue and mass-management compliance
• Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure fleet servicing requirements are met
• Assist with Mass Management and Maintenance Management system compliance
• Participate actively in toolbox meetings and safety initiatives
• Provide leave coverage across logistics admin, operations, and container control
• Support customer service delivery and maintain high documentation accuracy
About You
• Experience in logistics, fleet, transport, or container operations (desired)
• Strong understanding of safety, CoR, and heavy vehicle compliance (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
• Strong computer literacy, especially in data entry and operational systems
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining safety and compliance
• Willingness to step in, support others, and learn new systems and processes
