Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Avionics) to join our team in Bankstown, NSW. Your role In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems; Conducting routine pre–flight checks and inspections of engines and equipment; Maintaining thorough records of actions taken; Assembling components, parts and subassemblies of aircraft engines and equipment, and; Testing, maintaining, replacing, and upgrading aircraft safety equipment. The essential requirements 3 years mechanical experience on SAAB 340, Challenger 604, King Air B300, Cessna 525/510, Falcon, or Dash 8 Classic With CASA licence type rated Highly skilled and competent in aircraft mechanical system troubleshooting, repair and installation of mechanical components; Strong team player; Ability to follow supervisory direction; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Consistent positive and proactive attitude; Passion for safe work practices; Valid work visa; Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and, Current Australian Driver's licence. Shifts will be primarily Monday to Friday day shifts.
