About the Role
We are seeking a Psychologist to join a growing private practice in Mackay with an established client base and steady workflow.
This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit the right clinician, with options ranging from part-time through to full-time. Due to consistent demand, there is a reliable and steady clinical workload available.
The role involves providing psychological therapy to adult clients presenting with common mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment-related difficulties.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing psychological therapy using evidence-based approaches
* Working with GP referrals within an established practice setting
* Managing your caseload within a structured environment
* Maintaining clear and professional clinical records
* Liaising with GPs and other healthcare providers where appropriate

This is a developing private practice with an established referral network and a focus on practical, evidence-based therapy.
There is a consistent workflow of clients, allowing clinicians to maintain a steady caseload. The role supports both sustainable clinical work and strong earning potential, while allowing autonomy in how your workday is structured.

What We're Looking For
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
* Eligible for a Medicare provider number (or ability to obtain)
* Able to work independently within a structured practice setting
* A practical, client-focused approach to therapy
* Strong communication and professional standards
Experience in private practice is beneficial but not essential.
