Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all service repair work into the shop to maximize department production capabilities. This role also provides technical support through effective communication to all internal and external customers to achieve the best customer satisfaction possible.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relations (60%):
* C coordinate customer's requests for shop/field repair and/or service, technical support using Service Advisor and Service Scheduling programs.
* Monitor the current status of all repair activities and communicate progress to the customer.
* Quote and obtain approval for additional repairs, advise the customer of any significant changes in the repair process or delays in scheduled commitments, and communicate repair authorizations back to the technician.
2. Service Administration (25%):
